Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or a change.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.

Various types of products are exempt from return. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary, dangerous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record that was opened.
* Any item that is not in its original state, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.
Then contact your bank. Processing time is often required before a refund can be reflected.
If you have already done all of the above and have not yet received a refund, you can contact us by writing to arocharc@gmail.com.
Items on offer (if applicable)
Only items of normal price can be refunded. Unfortunately, items on offer cannot be refunded.

Changes (if applicable)

Presents
If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and we send it directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the person who made the gift decided to send the order and then give it to you, we will send a refund to the person who made the gift and they will find out about its return.
Shipping

Shipping costs to return your item are at your expense. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your product change may vary.

If you send an item over $75, it is recommended to use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive a refund of your item.
